The chase scene in 21 Jump Street (2012) contains an excellent example of the "Rule of Threes" in comedy: 1) Do a gag and set up an expectation 2) Repeat the gag and reinforce that expectation 3) Repeat the gag again but change something to break the expecation. Enjoy!
