GFT Front of House Staff

Join the crew that brings Good Friend Theater to life. Front of house volunteers are the first face of the show — greeting guests, running the floor, and deepening their connection to the community.

I had no idea what to expect walking into my first class. Now I can't imagine my life without it. Whatever reason brought you here — just go.

I signed up because I wanted to be funnier at open mics. Two years later I'm performing in a Harold team, directing a house ensemble, and laughing harder than I ever have in my life. Level 1 changed everything.

My manager suggested improv classes and I was deeply skeptical. By Level 2 I was running better meetings, listening more carefully, and actually enjoying hard conversations. I've since brought the workshop to my entire department.

I moved to the city not knowing a soul. Level 1 was terrifying and wonderful at the same time. By the end of Level 2 these people were my friends. By Level 3 they were my community. I don't know who I'd be without this place.
